Description

H.O. Systems specialized in providing highly flexible and cost-effective billing and customer care services primarily to wireless carriers. Spectrum provided the equity financing and arranged the debt to fund the acquisition of H.O. Systems in a management buyout. The company was sold to VeriSign (NASDAQ:VRSN) in February 2002.
