Net Health CEO Recognized for Leadership

Pittsburgh Business Journal

Anthony Sanzo has built a company with revenues of more than $30 million, 300 employees and four offices across the country by filling underserved niches in the health care market.

Started in 1999, Net Health provides information technology support for outpatient specialized care. It started working in a very narrow sector of outpatient services – wound care – and has steadily expanded its offerings to include other IT support solutions.

“We provide health care IT solutions for outpatient care,” Sanzo said. “We believe this space isn’t very well served by the larger institutions.”

“Our company started in a very, very narrow, health care sector, the treatment of wounds in an outpatient setting,” he continued. “We’ve broadened that to include occupational health. We’ve also broadened to include all therapies, including physical therapy and urgent care.”

Part of the company’s growth can be attributed to acquisitions, including a competitor in the wound care sector, a company that provides support for hospital employee health and one in the physical therapy sector.
