iSelect Limited (ASX:ISU) and HBF Health Limited today entered into a multi-year agreement for iSelect to compare and distribute HBF’s health insurance product suite.

iSelect Limited (ASX:ISU) and Nib (ASX:NHF) today entered into a multi-year agreement for iSelect to compare and distribute the majority of products from nib’s health insurance product range.

The IPO will provide iSelect with funding flexibility to support future growth, strengthen its balance sheet, pay down debt, and create liquidity for existing and new shareholders.

iSelect has acquired Energy Watch, an Australian retail energy product comparison service, for AU$10 million and represent another step forward to diversifying the company's revenue.
