Michael joined Spectrum in July 2006. Previously, Michael was an investment banker in Banc of America Securities' Global Industries Group ("BAS") where he executed a variety of transactions, including LBO and M&A transactions, dual class recapitalizations, share repurchases and debt and equity offerings. Prior to BAS, Michael was an analyst with Deloitte's securitization group, specializing in CDOs, as well as a small business volunteer in the Peace Corps. / Nepal.
