Elliot joined Spectrum in August 2007. Prior to joining Spectrum, he was an analyst with Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Group focusing on the industrial and natural resources sectors. While at Goldman, Elliot focused on a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity financings.
