Tripp joined Spectrum in July 2007. Prior to joining Spectrum, he was an Investment Banking Analyst with JMP Securities in their Financial Services Group. While at JMP, Tripp focused on a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity financings. Tripp was also an Analyst with BMO Capital Markets, where he worked on M&A and capital raising transactions across a variety of industries.
