David joined Spectrum in May 2009. Prior to joining Spectrum, David was an Investment Banking Analyst with Houlihan Lokey in their Financial Advisory Services group, primarily covering the technology, media, and telecom sectors. While at Houlihan Lokey, David focused on a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and additional advisory engagements. Prior to that, David was a Consultant with Rosetta Strategies Group in New York, working in their Technology and Financial Services verticals.
