Bill co-founded Spectrum and has been involved in private equity investing since 1980. Prior to Spectrum, Bill was a General Partner with TA Associates and Media/Communications Partners. His investment activities cover a wide range of communications, media and information service companies both domestically and in Europe. In addition to his role at Spectrum, Bill is involved with charitable activities focused on education.
