Dixon brings more than 20 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, currently serving as Chief Growth Officer at Post Consumer Brands, where he is responsible for delivering the company's strategic plan through the planning, development and execution of all the company's marketing and growth initiatives.
Prior to Post, Dixon led the marketing organizations at Jack Link's Protein Snacks and Welch's as their Chief Marketing Officers. His impressive career in CPG also includes senior roles at The Schwan Food Company and Kimberly-Clark. Dixon currently serves on the board of Breakthrough Greater Boston, a non-profit organization focused on transforming urban education for traditionally underserved middle and high school students in Boston's Dorcester and Cambridge communities.
