Definitive Healthcare Continues to be Recognized for Exceptional Growth

Definitive Healthcare, the leading provider of data, intelligence, and analytics on the healthcare provider market, was named the 11th fastest-growing company in Massachusetts by the Boston Business Journal. This is the second year in a row Definitive has been recognized as a Fast 50 company.

During the annual Fast 50 awards ceremony, the Boston Business Journal honored Massachusetts-based companies with the highest revenue growth over the previous three years. Definitive’s revenue grew more than 510% between 2014 and 2017, earning it the number 11 spot.

“We are honored to be recognized as one of the fastest-growing businesses in Massachusetts,” said Jason Krantz, founder and CEO of Definitive Healthcare. “Being named to this list two years in a row is truly a testament to the hard work of our team, and our continued commitment to the success of our clients in understanding the healthcare market. I am so proud of all our employees putting in the work that made this possible.”

Definitive’s continued success is the result of both new business and an uncommonly high renewal rate. The company added nearly 500 new clients in 2017 and now services over 1,600 clients. Prominent clients include most of the top pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare technology and healthcare consulting firms as well as many of the largest healthcare systems in the country.

The Boston Business Journal also just recognized Definitive Healthcare as a Best Place to Work for the second year in a row. Definitive’s ranking in this list, determined by an online survey of employees, is expected to be announced later this month.
