Extreme Reach Honored in Inc. Magazine’s Annual List of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies – the Inc. 500

New York - Inc. magazine today ranked Extreme Reach, a leading video platform for integrated TV, online and mobile advertising, #171 on its 32nd annual Inc. 500|5000, an exclusive ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies. With three-year sales growth of 2,349 percent, Extreme Reach comes in at #26 in the advertising and marketing industry and #8 in the Boston metro area.

"From the start, our vision has been to power the world's digital video advertising," said John Roland, CEO and co-founder of Extreme Reach. "The convergence of video advertising across multiple screens creates both challenges and opportunities for advertisers. Our platform is the industry's first to enable advertisers to execute and measure video campaigns across every screen. We're on an extraordinary growth path and are very pleased to be included in the Inc. 500."

Extreme Reach was founded in 2008. Today, the company's platform is used by more than 3,000 ad agencies and brands to manage and execute video advertising campaigns. The Extreme Reach platform is a cloud-based technology platform designed to unify the management, delivery and measurement of advertising across all video media, including traditional television, online, mobile and connected TV.

Last week, Extreme Reach announced the acquisition of the TV business of Digital Generation, Inc. (Nasdaq:DGIT), an ad distribution competitor, for $485 million in cash. The merger, when completed, will be another important milestone in the company's continued growth.

The 2013 Inc. 500, unveiled in the September issue of Inc. (available on newsstands August 20 to November 20 and on Inc.com), is the most competitive crop in the list's history. To make the cut, companies had to have achieved a staggering minimum of 918.59% in sales growth. The Inc. 500' s aggregate revenue is $14.1 billion, with a median three-year growth of 1739 percent. The companies on this year's Inc. 500 employ more than 52,100 people and generated over 44,912 jobs in the past three years.
