WorkFlex already serves more than 500 companies, including BioNTech, Covestro, Flix and Güntner, and says it has filed more than one million compliance documents. Former rhome customers include Pernod Ricard and Haufe Group, among others.\r\n\r\nThe acquisition is part of WorkFlex’s strategy to invest a share of the €37 million Series B round it closed earlier this year in consolidating the European market for global mobility compliance. The market is currently fragmented across numerous technology providers solving similar problems for companies. The acquisition strengthens WorkFlex’s position among global mobility compliance software providers.\r\n\r\n“Cross-border compliance is complex enough, and the rules are constantly changing.
