G2 Crowd’s Top 25 Enterprise Software Products list showcases the software that enterprise users have rated highly, based on customer satisfaction score. These scores are determined based on reviewers’ likeliness to recommend the product to a friend or colleague. The enterprise segment is defined as users at companies with more than 1,000 employees. The list is based on reviews from August 1, 2015, through July 31, 2016. To be included in the list, the product must have received 20 or more reviews from enterprise users in this time period. Products are ranked in order of highest satisfaction score, with the top 25 products showcased in the list.
