We place a priority on finding people who can best serve customers and providing them with the culture, tools and support they need to be successful.”

The recognition from Business Insurance builds on many similar honors Origami Risk has achieved in recent years, including more than 19 awards in the past decade for service excellence, innovation, workplace and technology. This year, Inc. magazine recognized Origami Risk as one of America’s “Best Workplaces” and Crain Communications ranked Origami Risk the #1 company to work for in Chicago; for each of the past two years, the firm was recognized by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) as one of “The Nation’s Best and Brightest Companies To Work For®,” and has repeatedly earned NABR’s awards for Chicago and Atlanta. This is the firm’s third consecutive year as Business Insurance magazine’s “Best Places to Work in Insurance.”

“Best Places to Work in Insurance,” an annual feature presented by Business Insurance and Best Companies Group, lists the agents, brokers, insurance companies and other providers with the highest levels of employee engagement and satisfaction. Harrisburg, Pa.-based Best Companies Group identifies the leading employers in the insurance industry by conducting a free two-part assessment of each company. The first part is a questionnaire completed by the employer about company policies, practices and demographics. The second part is a confidential employee survey on engagement and satisfaction.
