Chicago, IL - Origami Risk, the industry-leading risk, safety and insurance Software as a Service (SaaS) technology firm, has been recognized as one of “the Spring 2020 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in the Nation” by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR). In addition to gaining national recognition by NABR for the fifth consecutive year, Origami Risk received NABR’s regional awards for its offices in Chicago and Atlanta – both for the fifth straight year as well.
With these three awards, Origami has now received more than two dozen such honors for workplace, innovation and service in recent years. The steady recognition reflects Origami’s strong commitment to hire and retain the insurance industry’s top talent, as well as to provide its colleagues with a collaborative culture and the support they need to deliver the highest level of service to its customers.
According to NABR, the 2020 Spring National winning companies were assessed by an independent research firm which reviewed a number of key measures relative to other nationally recognized winners. This year, the Best and Brightest Companies To Work For in the Nation releases the results of the spring, summer, and fall applications. The spring Best and Brightest National winners honored 183 winning organizations from across the country out of 1,700 nominations.
“At Origami, our focus on helping our clients succeed calls for recruiting and retaining the best people who are fully engaged and motivated by our distinctly collaborative and supportive culture,” said Carla Murphy, director of Human Resources, Origami Risk. “As a result, we’re consistently able to anticipate and respond to the evolving and increasingly complex needs of our clients with tailored solutions and breakthrough innovations that help them manage risk and drive results.”
