SurveyMonkey Recognized by Fortune as Top Place to Work in Bay Area

Great Place to Work and FORTUNE have recognized SurveyMonkey as one of the 2018 Best Workplaces in the Bay Area. The ranking considered more than 43,000 employee surveys from companies across the San Francisco Bay region. Great Place to Work, a research and consulting firm, evaluated more than 50 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included employee pride in the organization’s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning. Rankings are based on employees’ experiences, no matter who they are or what they do. SurveyMonkey took the number 14 spot on the list.

“At SurveyMonkey, the voices of our employees, with their diverse points of view and life experiences, define who we are and how we show up. Together, we are united by our mission and values, but also our resilience and ability to adapt to change,” said Zander Lurie, CEO of SurveyMonkey. “We strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels their voice can be heard and questions are welcomed. We deeply believe curiosity inspires creative thinking, collaborative problem solving, and ultimately drives innovation for our customers.”

The Best Workplaces in the Bay Area stand out for thriving in the competitive Bay Area marketplace.
