William McNamara Joins Zenwork as CFO

Fayetteville, AR and Dallas, TX - Zenwork, a leading provider of digital tax compliance and regulatory reporting software for businesses everywhere,announced the expansion of its leadership team with the appointment of William McNamara as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The appointment brings additional financial and operational expertise to contribute to the company's growing business, supporting Founder & CEO Sanjeev Singh. It is the first of several additional executive positions Zenwork will be making in the Dallas, TX area over the next several months.

Along with the recently announced $163 million minority growth equity transaction led by Spectrum Equity, this appointment will enable Zenwork, operating under the Tax1099 and Compliancely brands, to further expand and grow its service offering well beyond the over 150,000 customers it has today.

In his new role, William will be responsible for driving the growth of the company's financial performance and improving its operational and administrative functions. William comes to Zenwork with nearly 30 years of financial and operational experience in technology and services industries. Most recently, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Theatro, a provider of communication services for frontline retail employees. Prior to that, he held several executive roles at Ziosk including CFO, COO, and President of Ziosk Financial Services. William also has over 15 years of experience in Sales Finance and Operations at SAP, PeopleSoft, and Kraft Foods.
