GoodRx Named to Fortune’s Change the World and Los Angeles Business Journal’s Best Places to Work Lists

Santa Monica, CA - GoodRx, America’s leading resource for healthcare savings, today announced it has been named to the Fortune 2019 Change the World list and the Los Angeles Business Journal 2019 Best Places to Work list.

GoodRx is ranked #27 on Fortune’s 2019 Change the World list. The award recognizes companies that have made an important social impact through their profit-making strategy and operations. Companies were evaluated on four criteria: measurable social impact, business results, degree of innovation and corporate integration. GoodRx is recognized for helping Americans navigate the medical maze and find prescription medications they can afford.

Headquartered in Santa Monica, Calif., GoodRx is also ranked #24 in the medium business category (50 to 249 employees) on the Los Angeles Business Journal 2019 Best Places to Work list. This award identifies, recognizes and honors the best employers in Los Angeles who benefit the county’s economy, workforce and businesses. The list is made up of 100 companies.

“Everyone at GoodRx strives to help people by finding ways to make our complex healthcare system easier to both understand and afford,” said Doug Hirsch, co-CEO and co-founder of GoodRx. “These recognitions are a testament to how far we’ve come, and reflect our commitment to fostering a company where everyone works together to create real change.”

In addition to these new accolades, GoodRx was recently named #6 on the 2019 CNBC Disruptor 50 List in May for leading the fight against high prescription drug costs. The list highlights startups on the cutting edge of large consumer, technology, and business shifts.
