Annaliesa joined the firm in 2020 and is a Vice President. Prior to joining Spectrum, Annaliesa worked at Thomas H. Lee Partners and McKinsey & Company. Annaliesa received an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and a BA from the University of Virginia.
