Brian is a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer, responsible for the firm’s financial activities, including strategic planning and executive mentoring for portfolio companies to support their growth. He brings an accomplished track record to the firm with more than 25 years of senior financial leadership roles and operating experience at Shutterfly, Nextag, Ticketmaster Entertainment, Expedia and LendingTree. Brian began his career as a CPA (inactive) providing audit and consulting services to financial services and capital markets clients at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He received a BS from Bucknell University.
