Cara joined the firm in 2025. Prior to joining Spectrum, Cara invested in software companies at Bain Capital Credit. She majored in Economics, International Development, and Spanish at UCLA and studied abroad in South Korea and Spain.

In her free time, Cara enjoys hiking (recently Patagonia and Cotopaxi), learning dances, and trying different ice cream flavors.
