Carolina is the firm’s Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Compliance Officer.

Carolina joined the firm in 2005. She is responsible for the oversight of tax, regulatory, general administration and HR matters for Spectrum. She also works closely with portfolio companies in assessing and executing strategic tax initiatives.

“It’s extremely rewarding to see our portfolio leader develop and succeed,” says Carolina. “It’s not just about having specific knowledge; it’s about connecting the dots.”

Prior to Spectrum, Carolina worked at Deloitte & Touche. She received an MS in Taxation from Golden Gate University and a BS in Business Administration from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.

Outside of Spectrum, Carolina is passionate about making higher education accessible to all. She is currently a Haas School of Business Advisory Board Member. When time permits, she joins her family to cheer on her favorite sports team, the San Francisco Giants.
