Jack Damon leads AI initiatives at Spectrum.
Jack joined the firm in 2026. He helps Spectrum and its portfolio companies accelerate their adoption and application of AI.
Prior to Spectrum, Jack was a product manager at Viam, where he worked on machine learning, data, and data visualization products. Earlier in his career, he co-founded Supertone, a music technology company, and worked as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. Jack received a BA in English and Computer Science from Columbia University.
Outside of work, Jack enjoys reading, exercising, and playing basketball.
