McKenzie joined the firm in 2025. Prior to joining Spectrum, she worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) across their Operations, Tech, and Private Equity practices, where she partnered with companies on strategy and growth initiatives. She received a BA in Economics and Government from Dartmouth College.

On weekends, McKenzie enjoys maximizing her time outdoors – whether hiking, skiing, or roller blading (still a work in progress) – and is forever in search of the best pasta dish on the East Coast.
