Prior to joining Spectrum in 2026, Renith covered software businesses in investment banking at Barrenjoey in Sydney. Renith holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney and is a CFA charterholder.

Outside of work, Renith enjoys exploring new restaurants and spending time outdoors, and can usually be found planning his next multi-day hike. Having lived in Bahrain, Vienna, Sydney, and now the U.S., he loves travelling whenever he gets the chance.
