Tom Moll leads reporting, analytics, and FP&A for Spectrum’s portfolio companies.

Tom joined the firm in 2025. He is responsible for optimizing Spectrum Equity’s portfolio company reporting, analytics, and ongoing portfolio value creation efforts, as well as working closely with Spectrum’s management company for FP&A and strategic planning needs.

Prior to joining Spectrum, Tom led finance and operations teams at various high growth software firms, including Tripleseat and Cybereason, after beginning his career at Dell Technologies. He received an MBA from Boston College and an AB from UMass Amherst.

Tom lives in Boston and enjoys watching and attending all Boston team sports. He also enjoys learning about real estate, different languages, and how to improve his golf game.
