2020 challenged all of us across many fronts. As we reflect on the year, we are full of pride and admiration for the resilience and strength shown by our portfolio companies, our limited partners and everyone at Spectrum. Notwithstanding the backdrop, it was a very productive year for the firm including the largest public offering and the largest strategic sale in the firm’s history, with the IPO at GoodRx and the announced and pending acquisition of Verafin by Nasdaq, in addition to the close of Fund IX ($1.5 billion) and the Overage Program ($150 million). Our 2020 year in review recognizes these achievements and many more. Thank you for your support, and we look forward to new opportunities and continued growth in 2021.
